By using World Cup 2026 Predictor (“the Service”) you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service lets you build World Cup 2026 predictions for entertainment. It is not a betting site and does not promise monetary prizes.
3. Your account and content
- You’re responsible for the content you submit.
- By saving a prediction you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it publicly (ranking, shared page, sitemap).
- You can request deletion of your predictions by contacting support.
4. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- Automating predictions (bots, scripts) without permission.
- Bypassing rate limits or captcha via rotating IPs.
- Submitting illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to compromise the Service’s security.
5. Availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors, and may modify or discontinue features without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, lost profits, lost data or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Trademarks and third-party rights
National team names, players, FIFA and the World Cup are the property of their respective owners. This site is not officially affiliated, associated or endorsed by FIFA.
8. Affiliate links
The Service includes affiliate links to the Amazon Associates program. We have no control over prices, availability, or return policies for products on Amazon. Any purchase you make is governed by Amazon’s terms, not ours.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this document.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction of the Service operator. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
